Hey my amazing conscious community,
Ok, first, for all my badass boys out there, before you might find yourself scoffing at this title I hope you read this first.
This is by NO means a dig to your masculinity! And, in fact, a goal to bring awareness to how what we are eating is having an impact on our hormones (both men AND women), SUGAR to be exact.
Just like with all things brought to our attention, we have the conscious choice to be in full control of it.
So I ask you, if you had an opportunity to gain more knowledge around something that could SAVE your relationship, would that be of value.
And before you all my luscious ladies start nodding your heads, this is HUGELY impacting our health as well.
For myself personally, I have noticed the negative impact each month & how it changes my ability to have a more proactive approach to my emotions rather than reactive. And I can say, cause I am a woman, the B*tch factor goes UP! Ladies, you know you can’t deny it either. Hahah
So I hope this helps bring light to a topic that is impacting us ALL…..& the upside goal is to have more fun, fulfilling, exciting healthy, SEX! And let’s be real, no body is getting any when either party is “B*tchy”!
